| 설명 | 침분비량의 감소로 인해 입안이 고도로 건조되는 상태이다. 원인으로는 ① 침의 분비장애: 침샘 발육이상, 침샘의 퇴행성 변화, 방사선장애, 타석, 염증, 종양에 수반되어 타액의 분비장애를 볼 수 있다. ② 전신 및 계통질환에 수반되는 것: 수분섭취부족, 당뇨병, 고칼슘혈증, 악성빈혈, 철결핍성 빈혈 등의 경우, 입안건조, 구갈이 나타난다. ③ 입안점막의 건조: 부교감신경차단약, 우울약, 항히스타민제의 사용. ④ 정신탓인 것: 긴장, 흥분, 짜증 등으로 인해 입안의 건조가 발생된다. |
