| 설명 | 호흡의 부잡음. 청진으로 들리는 이상한 호흡음으로, 어떤 병적 상태를 나타낸다. 기도내의 액체의 유무에 의해 각기 습성(moist)과 건성(dry)으로, 발생부위에 따라 기관지성(bronchial), 공동성(cavernous), 후두성(laryngeal), 흉막성(pleural), 기관성(tracheal), 폐포성(vesicular), 염발성(crepitant)으로 분류된다. 대개의 경우 염증의 존재를 의미한다. |
