| 설명 | 의지의 힘으로 움직일 수 있는 근육. 골격근 외에 피부 내의 피근, 관절주머니에 부착하고 있는 관절근 등이 여기에 속한다. 수의근의 근섬유에는 가로무늬가 있으므로 가로무늬근이라고도 하나, 심장근은 가로 무늬가 있어도 수의근이 아니므로 수의근과 가로무늬근은 동의어는 아니다. 수의근의 운동은 민무늬근보다 빠르다. 수의근이라 해도 골격근 등은 근육무리로서 움직일 수 있으나, 개개의 근육은 따로따로 마음대로 움직이게 할 수 없다. 귓바퀴근육은 사람의 경우 발육이 나빠 마음대로 움직이게 하기 어렵다. |

| 설명 | 체액에서 수분 혹은 전해질, 또는 수분과 전해질이 함께 상실되어 발생하는 병적 상태를 말하는 것으로 세 가지로 대별된다. ① 수분결핍성 탈수(고장성 탈수) : 체액에서 수분이 상실되어, 전해질에 대한 수분의 양이 적어진 상태를 말한다. 원인은 물의 입을 통한 섭취가 곤란한 입안에 병이 있는 환자, 의식장애 등으로 갈증을 호소할 수 없는 환자, 이뇨제의 과용 등이 있다. 증상은 피부의 긴장성 저하, 빠른 맥, 혈압저하, 발열, 소변량 감소, 갈증, 구토, 경련, 의식상실 등이다. ② 혼합성 탈수 : 체액에서 소실된 수분과 전해질의 비율이 다양한 상태를 말한다. 원인은 구토, 설사, 발한, 음식물을 장기에 걸쳐 섭취하지 않은 경우 등이다. ③ 염결핍성 탈수(저장성 탈수) : 체액에서 전해질이 소실되어, 전해질에 대한 수분의 양이 많아진 상태를 말한다. 원인은 혼합성 탈수환자에게, 수분만 혹은 전해질이 들어있지 않은 수액등을 투여한 경우, 염상실성 콩팥염, 부신겉질 기능 저하증이다. |
