| 설명 | 1.상대정맥(superior vena cava). 머리속, 위탈, 가슴정맥의 혈액을 받아 두개의 팔머리정맥(cephalic vein)의 융합에 의해 시작되며 직접 하강해 우심방으로 열린다. 2.하대정맥(inferior vena cava). 다리, 골반 및 복부내장의 정맥의 혈액을 받아 두개의 온엉덩정맥(common iliac vein)이 제5허리뼈 높이에서 융합해 시작되며, 대동맥 우측을 상행하여 우심방으로 열린다.  |

| arteria pulmonalis sinistra | <anatomy, artery> The shorter of the two terminal branches of the pulmonary trunk, it pierces the pericardium to enter the hilum of the left lung. Its branches accompany the segmental and subsegmental bronchi. Branches to the superior lobe (rami lobi superioris ) are apical (ramus apicalis ), anterior ascending (ramus anterior ascendens ), anterior descending (ramus anterior descendens ), posterior (ramus posterior ), and lingular (ramus lingularis ), the last having inferior and superior branches (rami lingulares inferior et superior ).
