| 설명 | 부갑상샘기능항진증(hyperparathyroidism)에서 나타난다. 뼈는 섬유화변화를 일으키며, 염증반응을 보이게 된다. 부갑상샘호르몬은 뼈로부터 칼슘의 분해를 촉진하고, 위장관으로부터 칼슘의 흡수를 촉진하여 결국은 혈중내 칼슘농도를 높이는 역할을 한다. 따라서 뼈는 칼슘이 빠져서 구멍이 나게 되고, 휘어지며, 또한 낭을 형성하기도 한다. 또한 증가한 칼슘은 소변으로 배설되기 위해 콩팥으로 빠져나가다 뭉쳐져서 돌을 형성하기도 한다. 치료는 부갑상샘호르몬에 반대되는 작용을 하는 칼시토닌을 투여하거나 부갑상샘을 절제하여야 한다. |

| 설명 | 1.상대정맥(superior vena cava). 머리속, 위탈, 가슴정맥의 혈액을 받아 두개의 팔머리정맥(cephalic vein)의 융합에 의해 시작되며 직접 하강해 우심방으로 열린다. 2.하대정맥(inferior vena cava). 다리, 골반 및 복부내장의 정맥의 혈액을 받아 두개의 온엉덩정맥(common iliac vein)이 제5허리뼈 높이에서 융합해 시작되며, 대동맥 우측을 상행하여 우심방으로 열린다.  |
