| 설명 | 혈관을 확장시키는 약물. 동맥 쪽의 혈관확장약과 정맥 쪽의 확장약이 있다. 동맥 쪽 확장약의 경우에는 고혈압증의 혈압저하, 협심증에서의 심장 작업량의 감소, 심장기능상실에서의 박출 저항 감소를 목적으로 하며, 칼슘 대항약, 히드랄라진(hydralzine) 등이 사용된다. 대부분의 혈관은 교감신경의 지배를 받는다. 교감신경수용체는 α, β의 두종류가 있는데 β수용체가 자극되면 혈관의 확장이 일어난다. 정맥쪽 혈관확장제는 협심증 또는 심장기능상실에서 확장기 혈관벽의 장력 저하를 목적으로 니트로글리세린, 안지오텐신 전환효소저해약, 니트로프르시드(nitroprusside) 등이 사용된다. |
