| 설명 | 오줌을 콩팥에서 방광까지 운반하는 섬유근육 조직으로 이루어진 관. 깔때기모양으로 확대하는 콩팥의 깔때기에서 시작하여, 방광바닥부에 개구한다. 길이는 약 41~45cm정도이다. 요관은 복부와 골반부로 나누어지며, 3곳의 생리적 잘룩이 있는데 깔때기요관이행부, 엉덩뼈동맥이 지나는 부위, 방광요관이행부로서, 요석이 생겼을 때 이 부위에서 돌이 걸려 있게 될 가능성이 많다. |

| 설명 | X-선 사진에서 잘 나타나는 조영제(방사선촬영상에서 하얗게 나타나 주위조직과 감별이 용이하다)를 섭취한 후 식도, 위, 샘창자, 작은창자상부까지 X-선 촬영하므로써, 그곳 소화관내의 이상병터여부를 검사하는 것. 조영제는 주로 바륨을 사용하며 더 선명한 영상을 얻기위해 발포제를 함께 섭취하여 바륨과 공기의 이중조영촬영을 하기도 한다. 식도암, 위암 및 소화성궤양과 그밖에 다양한 병변의 진단에 효과적으로 사용된다. |
