| 설명 | 잘룩창자(colon)의 만성, 재발성 궤양으로 염증이 주로 점막 및 점막 하부에 일어나는 원인불명의 대장염이다. 호발부위는 구불창자 및 곧창자이며 임상적으로는 경련성의 복통과 곧창자출혈, 혈액, 고름 및 점액을 포함한 설사가 특징적이다. 진단은 임상상과 대변검사, 그밖에 곧창자구불창자보개로 하며, 치료는 Sulfasalazine, 스테로이드, 수술 등이다. 합병증으로는 치질, 고름집, 천공, 암전환 등이 있다. |

| ulcerating granuloma of pudenda | <disease, microbiology> A rare sexually transmitted disease that is caused by Calymmatobacterium granulomatis. This infection is more common in the tropical and subtropical areas such as India, Guyana and new Guinea. There are approximately 100 cases reported annually in the United States. Men are affected more often than women. It is thought to be most commonly acquired through anal intercourse.
