| 설명 | 부갑상샘기능항진증(hyperparathyroidism)에서 나타난다. 뼈는 섬유화변화를 일으키며, 염증반응을 보이게 된다. 부갑상샘호르몬은 뼈로부터 칼슘의 분해를 촉진하고, 위장관으로부터 칼슘의 흡수를 촉진하여 결국은 혈중내 칼슘농도를 높이는 역할을 한다. 따라서 뼈는 칼슘이 빠져서 구멍이 나게 되고, 휘어지며, 또한 낭을 형성하기도 한다. 또한 증가한 칼슘은 소변으로 배설되기 위해 콩팥으로 빠져나가다 뭉쳐져서 돌을 형성하기도 한다. 치료는 부갑상샘호르몬에 반대되는 작용을 하는 칼시토닌을 투여하거나 부갑상샘을 절제하여야 한다. |

| tunica interna bulbi | Light sensitive layer of the eye. In vertebrates, looking from outside, there are four major cell layers: (i) the outer neural retina, which contains neurons (ganglion cells, amacrine cells, bipolar cells) as well as blood vessels, (ii) the photoreceptor layer, a single layer of rods and cones, (iii) the pigmented retinal epithelium (PRE or RPE), (iv) the choroid, composed of connective tissue, fibroblasts and including a well vascularised layer, the chorio capillaris, underlying the basal lamina of the PRE.
