| 설명 | 만성 알코올중독성 정신병의 하나. 음주섬망이라고도 한다. 장기간에 걸쳐 대량음주를 계속한 뒤에 돌연 음주를 중단하면 출현하는 경우가 많고, 알코올 금단증후군에 포함된 병적 상태이다. 발생원인은 정확히 밝혀져 있지 않지만, 혈중 알콜 농도가 어떤 이유로 갑자기 저하되었을 경우에 생기며, 신진대사의 장애에 의한 것이라고 추정되고 있다. |
