| 설명 | 체내에 널리 분포하며, 장기, 조직사이를 메우고 그것을 기계적으로 지지, 조직이다. 그밖에 혈관, 림프관, 신경을 인도하며 영양, 대사산물의 수송 또는 저류, 나아가서는 손상, 감염에 대한 방어 또는 수복 등에도 작용한다. 결합조직은 세포간질이 풍부하며, 세포간질을 구성하는 기질과 섬유의 성상에 따라 간엽조직, 섬유성 결합조직(성긴섬유성 결합조직, 촘촘한 섬유성 결합조직), 지방조직, 탄성조직, 세망 조직 등으로 분류된다. |

| 설명 | 모세혈관이 풍부하며 왕성하게 증식을 계속하는 어린 결합조직. 창상 등 조직 결손에 대한 수복, 이물처리의 기질화, 염증이 만성적인 경과에 있거나 종양증식에 동반된 사이물질의 반응성 염증에서 관찰된다. 구성성분은 생긴지 얼마 안되는 어린 육아조직은 섬유모세포의 증식, 새로 생긴 모세혈관과 여러 유주세포 및 다른 중간엽세포(백혈구, 림프구, 형질세포, 조직구, 단핵구, 거대세포)등으로 구성된다. 이것이 시간이 지나 그리되면, 모세혈관과 유주세로, 다른조직성분을 감소시켜 만성화하여 오래된 육아가 되며 결국은 섬유세포와 아교질섬유로 구성된 반흔조직으로 변한다. |

| tissue inhibitor of-metalloproteinase-3 | <chemical> A member of the family of tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases. It is a 21 kD, nonglycosylated protein. Timp-3 does not show a high degree of structural similarity unlike timp-1 and timp-2 which are structurally similar. However, it does possess a high degree of structural similarity with that of chicken timp-3 (chimp-3). | tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases | <chemical> A family of secreted proteins (timp-1, timp-2, and timp-3) that play a crucial role in regulating the activity of the secreted metalloproteinases (collagenases, stromelysins, gelatinases). Of the three characterised, only timp-1 and timp-2 appear to have related primary structures and inhibitory properties. They influence the activation of the prometalloproteinase and act to modulate proteolysis of extracellular matrix, notably during tissue remodeling and inflammatory processes. On certain cell types, they can exhibit growth factor-like activity, and they can inhibit the tumourigenic and metastatic phenotype in cancer cells. | a1-trypsin inhibitor | A glycoprotein that is the major protease inhibitor of human serum, is synthesised in the liver, and is genetically polymorphic due to the presence of over 20 alleles; individuals appropriately homozygous are deficient in a1-trypsin and are predisposed to pulmonary emphysema and juvenile hepatic cirrhosis because of alterations in the amino acid and sialic acid components of the glycoprotein. | aldose reductase inhibitor | <pharmacology> A class of drugs being studied as a way to prevent eye and nerve damage in people with diabetes. Aldose reductase is an enzyme that is normally present in the eye and in many other parts of the body. It helps change glucose (sugar) into a sugar alcohol called sorbitol. Too much sorbitol trapped in eye and nerve cells can damage these cells, leading to retinopathy and neuropathy.
