| 설명 | 생물과 되먹임의 합성어로서, 뇌파, 심전도, 혈압, 근전도, 피부온도, 피부전기반사 등에 의한 자기 억제 훈련을 말하며, 생체의 자기제어, 즉 생체의 신경-생리상태 등을 어떤 형태의 자극 정보로 바꾸어서 그 생체에 전달하는 조작을 말한다. 골격근 등의 몸신경계의 지배에 의한 수의반사는 내장-샘 등의 자율신경계를 매개로 하는 불수의 반응에 따라 다르지만 이것을 통틀어 생리 반응에 관한 정보를 생체에 되먹임으로 자기제어를 하는 현상을 말한다. |
