| 설명 | 자궁의 내면에 있는 점막으로, 보통 자궁의 중간부위인 체부의 내부를 덮고 있는 점막을 이르는 말이다. 자궁근층에 가까운 부분을 기저층, 내강에 가까운 부분을 기능층이라고 하며, 그 아래를 해면층이라고 한다. 기능층은 난소에서 나오는 스테로이드 호르몬에 반응하여 주기적으로 구조와 기능이 변화하며 월경시에 배출되지만 기저층은 남아 있고, 여기에서 내막이 재생된다. 수정란은 자궁내막에 착상하며, 이 속에서 발육하여 배아로 되고 태반을 형성한다. |
