| 설명 | 뇌혈류 이상에 의해, 뇌에 혈류 공급이 부족하여 유발되는 갑작스런 이상으로 뇌혈관이 막혀서 발생하는 허혈뇌혈관병과 뇌혈관이 파열되어 발생하는 출혈성뇌혈관병으로 크게 구분된다. 허혈뇌혈관병은 뇌혈관질환의 대부분을 차지하며 대표적인 원인으로서는 뇌혈관동맥경화증(cerebral arteriosclerosis: 혈관에 지방질이 많이 쌓여서 발생. 대개 혈중콜레스테롤 농도와 연관이 깊다)과 뇌색전증(cerebral embolism: 혈액내에 이물질이 떠돌아 다니다 혈관을 막아서 발생)이 있으며 특히 뇌색전증의 경우는 심장병동반 유무를 확인해야 한다. |
