| 설명 | 심장근은 그 단면에 있어서 3 개의 부분으로 나누어 부르고 있다. 가장 안쪽의 피와 맞닿는 곳을 심장의 내막(endocardium)이라 하고, 그 중간에 심장의 실제 운동하는 근육이 존재하는 곳을 심근층(myocardium), 마지막 바깥으로 심장을 싸고 있는 곳을 심장의 외막(epicardium) 이라 부른다. 이 외막밖으로 심낭막(pericardium)이 존재하고 있고 이 심낭막은 2 겹의 막으로 이 사이에는 공간이 존재하는데 이것을 심낭강(pericardial cavity)이라고 부른다.  |

If blood flow is returned to an area of heart muscle after a period of ischemia (lack of blood supply), the heart muscle may not pump normally for a period of days following the event. This is called "stunned" heart muscle or myocardium.
