| 설명 | 열두조충과의 Spirometra 속의 애벌레인 고충에 의한 감염으로 아시아지역이 주 유행지이다. 인체 감염은 주로 감염 물벼룩이 함유된 생수를 마시거나 개구리, 뱀 등을 생식하여 감염된다. 기생부위는 가슴, 배, 넙다리, 살고랑 등의 피부밑조직과 근육 및 눈확부이며 드물게 뇌에 기생한다. 진단은 충체를 관찰함으로 가능하다. 충체는 길이 10~20cm , 폭 0.5~1.5cm 크기의 유백색으로 가피에 주름이 잡혀있으나 편절은 없다. 주위 조직에는 이물형 육아종반응을 일으킨다. |
