| 설명 | 귓속에서 평형감각을 맡고 있는 기관. 관자뼈 바위의 속귀에 있으며 막성 반고리관과 골뼈반고리관이 있다. 전자는 평형감각기의 일부이고, 후자는 그것을 수용하고 있는 똑같은 모양의 뼈관이다. 막성 반고리관은 폐쇄된 주머니로 되어 있고, 세 개의 관으로 이루어진다. 이 관들은 전-후-외측반고리관이라고 하며, 어느 것이나 모두 C자형으로서 각각 양끝에서 난형낭으로 열려 있다. 이 개구부에는 각 관에 하나씩 팽대부가 있고 이 팽대부 내면의 C자형 팽대능선 부분에 감각상피가 배열되어 있다. 전반고리관은 관자뼈 바위의 긴 축에 직각 방향으로, 후반고리관은 그 긴 축에 평행 방향, 외측반고리관은 바깥쪽으로 수평으로 돌출해 있다. 반고리관의 굵기는 지름 약 0.3~0.5mm로서 관의 내부에는 림프액이 차 있는데, 몸이 회전하면 림프액은 흘러서 감각상피를 자극한다. 뼈반고리관은 막성 반고리관의 4~5배 굵기이고, 각각 앞-뒤-가쪽뼈반고리관으로 나뉜다. 이들 관은 다섯 개의 개구가 안뜰으로 열려 있고, 그 안뜰에 난형낭과 구형낭이 들어 있다. |

| 설명 | 1. 사람의 양측 팔과 다리의 총칭이며, 또한 동물의 네 개의 다리를 말한다. 고등척추동물의 짝을 이루는 부속지로 운동기관이다. 어류의 짝지느러미에서 진화한 것이라고 한다. 사람의 팔은 어깨에서 팔꿈치까지의 위팔, 팔꿈치에서 손목까지의 아래팔, 그리고 손의 3부위로 되며, 다리는 사타구니에서 무릎에 이른 넙적다리, 무릎에서 발목까지의 아래다리, 그리고 발의 3부위로 된다. 2. 척추동물 중 양서류 이상의 고등동물에서 볼 수 있는 앞다리와 뒷다리. 보행과 파악에 사용되는 신체 부속기 중의 하나이다. 인간에서는 팔과 다리로서 그 구성성분을 모두 포함한다. 발생학에서 사지는 네 개의 주요 부분으로 이루어진다. 어깨뼈 및 빗장벼(1단위로서) 그리고 볼기의 뼈를 구성하는 zonoskeleton, 위팔뼈 및 넙다리뼈를 포함하는 stylopodium, 노뼈, 자뼈, 정강뼈 및 종아리뼈를 포함하는 zygopodium, 손과 발을 포함하는 autopodium 등이 있다. |

| membranous glomerulonephritis | <pathology> A kidney disease that occurs due to inflammation of the kidney glomerulus and its basement membrane. The exact cause is unknown but it appears to be related to the deposition of immune complexes in the basement membrane leading to thickening of the capillary walls. This disorder is a common cause of nephrotic syndrome an is usually how the disease manifests. Risk factors include primary renal disease, malaria, hepatitis B, lupus, syphilis, cancers and non-Hodgkin's lymphomas. Risks also include exposure to some medications such as gold compounds and penicillamine. Mercury, trimethadione and some skin-lightening creams have also been implicated.
