| 설명 | 시험관내 항원항체반응을 연구하는 학문 분야. 항원항체 반응 가운데 생체 밖에서 시험관 등에 의해 실시하는 반응을 말한다. 혈청반응은 반응의 대상이 혈청 중에 존재하는 항체이며 많은 경우, 항체를 함유하는 혈청 그 자체를 실험재료로 삼기 때문에 이런 이름이 비롯되었다. 그 중에는 침강반응 또는 응집반응, 용혈-용균반응, 보체결합반응 등 여러 가지 반응이 있다. |
