| 설명 | 과립구(세포질내에 점같은 과립을 포함하는 세포)중 말초 혈액을 순환하는 성숙된 과립구로 핵의 모양이 두 개 이상의 분절을 이루고 있다. 여기에는 그 염색상의 방법에 따라 호중구(중성에서 과립염색을 보임), 호산구(산성에서 과립염색을 보임), 호염구(염기성에서 과립염색을 보임)로 나뉜다. |
