| 설명 | 녹내장이란 안구방수로 차있는 공간인 앞방과 뒤방의 압력이 높아지는 것을 이르는 말이다. 이 녹내장은 안구방수가 너무 많이 생기거나 안구방수의 흡수의 길이 박혀서 생긴다. 즉 전방과 후방에 안구방수의 저류에 의해서 그곳의 압력이 높아지는 것을 말한다. 지속적인 안압의 상승은 눈에 나쁜 영향을 준다. 특히 시야의 변화를 일으키는데 이것은 주로 안압의 상승으로 인해서 시신경이 눌려서 생긴다. 특징적인 시야의 변화는 중심시야는 괜찮지만 중심에서 약간 벗어난 곳에 시각의 소실이 생기며 심한 경우에는 시력을 잃기도 한다. 그리고 급격히 안압이 상승할 경우에는 오심, 구토, 충혈 등의 증상과 시력의 소실 등이 나타날 수 있다. 녹내장은 홍채와 각막이 이루는 각도를 기준으로 광우각녹내장(open angle glaucoma)과 협우각녹내장(angle close glaucoma)으로 나눈다. 1.광우각녹내장-홍채와 각막이 이루는 각인 우각이 큰 녹내장을 말한다. 주로 선행하는 안병없이 안압상승으로 인해 장애를 초래하는 병이다. 주로 양안성으로 진행하며 말기까지 어떤 자각증상없이 서서히 진행하는 것이 보통이다. 말기까지 시력장애를 포함한 자각증상이 거의 없으므로 종종 뒤늦게 발견되는 경우가 있다. 2.폐쇄우각녹내장-후방의 압력의 갑작스런 상승으로 홍채가 전방 이동과 함께 우각이 폐쇄되어 발생한다. 홍채와 각막사이에는 안구방수가 정맥으로 나가는 길인 슐렘구멍이 있고 만약 홍채와 각막이 이루는 각이 적어질 경우에 이 슐렘구멍 폐쇄가 되어서 갑작스런 안압의 상승을 초래한다. 48시간 이내에 안압을 조절하지 않으면 때로는 영구적 실명을 일으키게 된다. 어떤 유발요인의 작용으로 갑작스런 발작이 일어나면 심한 안통 또는 두통을 수반한 시력상실을 일으킨다. 오심 또는 구토, 그리고 충혈 등의 증세가 동반이 된다. |

| 설명 | 어떤 병원체의 감염에 의하여 본인의 저항력이 약해졌을 때 몸의 다른 부위로 전이하여 다시 감염을 일으키는 것. 병원체가 인체에 침입하여 특정한 기관이나 조직에서 병원체가 증식하고, 그곳에 특유의 병터를 일으키는 것이 1차감염 또는 초감염이다. 이 1차감염의 병터의 병원체가 혈관-림프관-기관-소화관-요관 등의 길을 따라 같은 기관의 다른 부위나 다른 기관으로 운반되어 감염을 일으킨다. 따라서 1차감염에 의하여 충분한 면역이 될 경우에는 2차감염이 일어나지 않는다. 예를 들어, 유행성 감기에 걸렸을 때 세균에 의한 폐렴이 뒤따르는 경우를 이른다. 폐렴균, 화농알균, 대장균 따위가 있다. |
