| 설명 | 요도를 통해 절제수술을 하는 방법을 말함. 근래에 많이 시행된다. 요도를 통해 기구를 삽입하여 전립샘에 생긴 암이나 이상비대조직을 절제해내는 것을 요도경유전립샘절제라 하고, 요도를 통해 기구를 삽입하여 방광에 생긴 암이나 폴립을 절제해내는 것을 요도경유방광절제라고 한다. |
