| 설명 | 살모넬라균 속의 세균에 의하여 일어나는 질병. 살모넬라증은 장티푸스와 같은 증세를 나타내는 패혈증형과 식중독인 급성위장염형으로 대별된다. 패혈증형에서는 경구감염된 세균이 작은창자의 림프조직에서 혈류로 들어가서 증식하고, 수일~2주간의 잠복기후, 발열 등의 전신증세를 일으킨다. 따라서 병의 초기에는 혈액 속에 세균이 증명되고, 제2주 이후는 지라-골수-쓸개 등에 국한되어 세균이 증식하며, 또한 창자의 림프조직-콩팥에도 병터를 만들어 대-소변에 균이 배출된다. 이런 형의 증세를 일으키는 것은 장티푸스균-파라티푸스균의 A균-B균-C균등이다. 급성위창자염형(식중독형)은 앞에서 말한 것 이외의 살모넬라균 및 파라티푸스균의 B균에 의하여 일어난다. |
