| 설명 | 사시 중에 안구의 편위 방향이 안쪽으로 편위된 사시. 즉, 시선을 물체 쪽으로 돌려 물체가 가장 선명하게 보일 수 있도록 하는 기능인 주시(fixation)목표에 대하여 한쪽 눈의 시선이 안쪽으로 벗어나 있는 사시를 말한다. 생후 6개월 이내에 나타나는 유아 내사시는 안구를 움직이는 근육과 그 근육의 인대부위의 이상에 의한 해부학적 내사시가 많고 치료 후의 예후가 나쁘다. |
