| 설명 | 무의식적이고, 빠른, 눈의 리듬감있는 운동을 말한다. 대개 위아래로의 빠른 반복운동이나, 옆으로의 빠른 눈운동을 가리킨다. 안진은 정상적으로 기차를 타고가다 밖의 경치를 바라볼 때 나타날 수 있다. 병적인 경우에는 속귀의 손상, 신경장애, 직업성 장애, 선천이상 등 많은 경우에서 볼 수 있다. |
