| 설명 | 콩팥에서 세뇨관, 간질 및 깔때기의 병변을 일으키는 병이며, 가장 흔한 콩팥질환의 하나로 급성과 만성으로 나누어진다. 급성콩팥깔때기콩팥은 세균감염에 의하여 유발되며 요로감염과 동반되고, 만성콩팥깔때기콩팥은 세균감염과 함께 요로폐쇄 혹은 요역류 등 여러 가지 인자들이 복합적으로 관여한다. 원인균은 장내 정상 세균인 대장균이 가장 흔하며, 발열과 배뇨곤란, 빈뇨(urinary frequency), 오줌의 절박 등의 방광 및 요로자극 증상과 갈비뼈척추각부의 통증을 주증상으로 한다. |
