| 설명 | 윗 눈꺼풀이 마비되어 늘어지는 현상을 이르는 말이다. 따라서 눈이 눈꺼풀에 가려져 정확히 사물을 볼 수 없는 상황에 이른다. 원인은 눈꺼풀을 뜨게하는 근육의 이상으로 선척적인 경우도 있고, 외상으로 인한 경우도 있다. 대개 젊은 여성에게서 갑작스럽게 발생한 경우 중증근무력증(myasthenia gravis)을 의심할 수 있다. |
