| 설명 | 부신겉질로부터 만들어지는 알도스테론증이 과잉 분비되어 전해질대사에 이상이 생긴 병적상태. 고나트륨혈증, 고염소혈증, 체액량과다, 저칼륨혈증성 알칼리혈증이 야기되며, 허약함, 일시적마비와 간혹 성격변화, 고혈당, 당뇨, 고혈압, 알칼리중독 따위의 증상이 나타난다. |
