| 설명 | 항체에 대한 항체, 즉 특정 항체와 결합할 수 있는 항체. 대개 인간의 항체를 쥐에 주사하여 쥐로 하여금 인간 항체에 대한 항체를 만들게 한다(쥐에 있어서는 인간의 항체도 외부에서 들어온 물질이므로). 이것은 여러 가지 실험에서 인간의 특정항체를 검출하는데 이용한다. |
