| 설명 | 성적 흥분과 관계없이 음경의 발기가 장시간 지속되어 쉽게 복귀되지 않는 상태. 불쾌감 또는 동통 등의 고통을 수반한다. 발기가 현저하지만 귀두의 종대, 요도해면체의 종창이 없으므로 배뇨장애는 없다. 생리적인 발기와는 달리 음경은 차게 느껴진다. 대개는 야간에서 새벽에 걸쳐 발기가 수시간 지속되는 이상이 반복되고, 며칠 또는 몇 주간에 이르는 지속발기로 이행한다. 원인이 불명인 것이 많으나, 백혈병이나 혈우병 등의 혈액질환에 의한 것이 많고, 척수손상-악성종양의 전이에 의한 것도 있다. |
