| 설명 | 성인에서 1분에 맥박수가 60회 이하의 것을 말한다. 40회 이하가 되면 심박출량이 저하된다. 미주신경의 자극상태, 교감신경의 마비상태, 심장내 중추의 자극 또는 마비 등에 의하여 일어난다. 소아에서는 변동의 폭이 넓다. 발현은 생리적(저체온, 고령, 운동선수, 수면중), 심장원인성(부교감신경자극), 심장질환(급성심근경색, 심근염), 전신질환(갑상샘기능저하증, 두개내압항진), 약제(디기탈리스중독, β차단약) 등에 의한다. 성인의 1분간의 맥박수는 보통 60~80, 즉 평균 70전후이다. 건강한 사람도 때로는 50 전후인 경우가 있는데, 이것은 일반적으로 심근염-심장동맥경화-뇌압한진(뇌막염-뇌종양 등일때)-고혈압-영양실조-점액부종-황달-대동맥판구협착-급통증 등 병적인 경우에 많다. |

The exact cause is unknown but has been associated with an abnormal immune response to viral infection, particularly cytomegalovirus infection, in which there is cell-mediated immunity to a component of myelin.
