| 설명 | 이경(귀안을 잘 들여다 볼 수 있도록 고안된 검사기구)으로 귀를 관찰하는 법. 이 법으로는 가운데귀와 속귀는 관찰할 수 없고 단지 바깥귀와 고막만을 눈으로 관찰할 수 있다. 정상적으로 고막은 깨끗한 진주모양의 회백색 또는 담홍색의 반투명막으로 보인다. 이경검사법은 단순히 눈으로 확인하는 검사법외에 직접 고막쪽으로 바람을 넣어보는 공기귀보개(pneumatic otoscopy)방법이 있다. 이 방법을 사용하면 고막의 상태와 중이에 대한 상태를 보다 정확히 알 수 있다. |
