| 설명 | 골수의 거대 세포인 거대핵세포의 세포질 일부가 떨어져서 순환 혈액 중에 출현한 것으로 직경이 2~4μm의 작은 과립체이다. 혈소판은 손상을 입은 혈관의 노출된 결합 조직에 붙어 여러 물질을 분비하여 지혈 및 혈액 응고에 중요한 역할을 한다. |
