| acrodermatitis chronica atrophicans | A gradually progressive late skin manifestation of Lyme disease, appearing first on the feet, hands, elbows or knees, and comprised of indurated, erythematous plaques that become atrophic, giving a tissue-paper appearance of the involved sites.
