| 설명 | 인체가 약에 대해서 어떻게 처리하는 가에 대해 연구하는 학문. 약은 인체내에 들어온 뒤, 흡수, 대사, 배설의 과정을 거친다. 이런 과정은 개개인마다 다르며, 특히 나이, 성별, 인종 등에 따라 다른 경향이 많다. 약의 작용이 각 개개인에 따라 다른 이유는, 약이 사람에게 작용하여 나타나는 약역학적인 메커니즘보다는, 사람이 약에 대해 나타나는 각종 약동학적인 기전이 많이 좌우하는 것으로 보인다. |
