| 설명 | 세균감염에 의해 배막에 발생한 염증. 급성과 만성으로 나눈다. 급성인 것은 중독증세를 나타낼 때가 많으며, 위궤양-샘창자궤양의 천공, 막창자꼬리염-장티프스에 의한 장의 천공, 자궁외임신의 파열 등이 원인이 된다. 천공 때는 순간적으로 심한 복통이 일어나고, 쇼크 증세를 나타낼 때가 있다. 즉, 구역-구토-식욕부진이 일어나고 순환기가 상하며, 맥박수가 많아진다. 그리고 허약해지고 사지가 냉해지며 호흡은 얕고, 체온은 상승하지만, 위독한 경우에는 보통 이하일 때가 있다. 치료는 항생물질-강심제를 투여하고, 가급적이면 조기에 개복수술을 한다 만성인 것은 결핵과 암에 기인하는 일이 많으며, 간경화의 말기에도 많이 발생한다. 대표적인 것이 결핵성 복막염이고, 그 밖에 암성복막염도 흔히 볼 수 있다. |

| arthritis deformans | A systemic disease, seen more commonly in women which affects connective tissue, particularly the synovial tissue within joints. Arthritis is the main clinical feature and involves many joints in the body, especially those of the hand and feet. In this disease, there is thickening of the soft tissues around the joints and extension of the synovial tissue over articular cartilage (which becomes eroded). | dystonia musculorum deformans | A genetic, environmental, or idiopathic disorder, usually beginning in childhood or adolescence, marked by muscular contractions that distort the spine, limbs, hips, and sometimes the cranial-innervated muscles. The abnormal movements are increased by excitement and, at least initially, abolished by sleep. The musculature is hypertonic when in action, hypotonic when at rest. Hereditary forms usually begin with involuntary posturing of the foot or hand (autosomal recessive form ) or of the neck or trunk (autosomal dominant form ); both forms may progress to produce contortions of the entire body.
