| 설명 | 태반이 태아가 분만되기 이전에 태반에서 분리되는 현상-박리된 태반에서 출혈이 생기고 이에 따라 여러가지 현상 예를 들면 파종성혈관내응고 등이 생겨서 태아와 산모의 생명을 빼앗을 수 있는 상태이므로 산부인과적인 응급에 속한다. 증상은 하혈, 자궁의 수축, 태아의 빈사상태 등이며 진단에는 초음파 검사가 가장 좋다. 치료로는 태아가 살았을 경우에는 응급으로 제왕절개수술을 하며, 태아가 죽은 경우에는 유도분만으로 태아를 꺼낸다. |
