| 설명 | 난소에 존재하는 난포가 성숙하여 터지면서 난자를 배출하는 과정을 배란이라 한다. 이러한 배란은 앞으로 들어올 정자에 대한 수정준비과정으로 남자의 정자가 접근하여 난자와의 만남을 쉽게 한다. 배란이 일어난 후 난포는 황체로 변하게 되며, 이후 황체에서 황체호르몬이 분비되어 수정되지 않은 상태에서는 월경이 일어난다. |
