| 설명 | 혈장이나 체액 속에 존재하며 입자, 특히 세포나 미생물과 결합하여 강한 탐식성을 가진 큰포식세포 또는 과립 백혈구에 의한 포식작용을 쉽게 하여 주는 인자를 말한다. 포식세포 표면에는 항체의 Fc 분절수용체 또는 보체의 활성화 분절 C3b의 수용체가 존재하므로, ① 항체(특히 IgG와 IgM), ② C3b, ③ 항체도 보체도 아닌 것 등이 옵소닌으로서 작용한다. 1903년 라이츠 및 더글러스에 의해 발견되어 자연면역의 중요한 요소라고 생각되었다. 이 물질의 구조는 아직 알려지지 않았지만, 56℃에서 30분간 가열하면 작용이 없어지고 보체를 첨가하면 활성화된다. 특이성은 적고 여러 가지 세균에 작용한다. 백혈구-세균-혈청을 혼합하여 도말표본을 만들어 백혈구에 먹힌 세균 수를 세어 보면 옵소닌의 세기를 알 수 있다(옵소닌지수). |

| 설명 | 원래 절구는 골반의 3개의 뼈. 즉 엉덩뼈, 두덩뼈, 궁둥뼈로 만들어지는 데 소아에선 아직 완전한 뼈되기가 일어나지 않아서 이 부분이 삼방연골절구로 연결되어 있다. 이 삼방연골을 연결한 선과 절구가쪽끝과 삼방연골의 안쪽을 연결한 선과의 각을 말한다. 이 각이 40도 이상이면 절구의 이상 발육을 의미한다. |
