| 설명 | 외부로부터 들어온 자극을 잘못 판단하는 것을 착각이라고 한다. 외부에서 들어온 자극을 받아들이는 말초감각기관은 정확히 자극을 받아 들였지만 이것을 해석하는 뇌의 작용의 이상으로 그 자극을 과소, 과대평가하거나 다른 것으로 생각하는 것이다. 예를 들면 멀리서 걸어오는 처음 보는 여자를 자신의 애인으로 잘못보는 것이 착각이다. 이런 현상은 독성물질에 의한 뇌실질의 장애, 뇌의 감염, 알코올성 정신병, 뇌의 변성 등 뇌 자체의 병으로 인한 혼돈된 상태나 다른 전신의 장애, 즉 고열, 심한 전신쇠약 등에서 생기는 혼돈상태에서 나타날 수가 있다. 그리고 정상적인 상태에서도 볼 수 있다. |
