| 설명 | 매독 때문에 일어나는 만성 중추신경병. 중추신경계쪽의 Treponema pallidum 감염에 기인되고, 척수 뒤기둥 및 감각신경간이 황폐되고 변성되는 것이다. 이 병은 매독 제3기(후기) 단계이고, 벼락치는 것 같은 격통의 발작, 협조운동불능, 감각장애, 힘줄반사소실, 위, 후두 등 각종 기관의 기능장애 발작이 뚜렷한 증상이다. 또한 각종(특히 뼈나 관절) 영양장애, 실금 혹은 오줌체류, 성기능저하등이 나타난다. 이 병의 경과는 보통 완만하나, 진행성이며 진행을 정지시킬 수도 있으나 완전한 치유는 극히 드물며, 대부분은 중년 이전에 발생되고, 남성에 많다. |

| nuclei cochleares | The nucleus cochlearis dorsalis and nucleus cochlearis ventralis, located on the dorsal and lateral surface of the inferior cerebellar peduncle, in the floor of the lateral recess of the rhomboid fossa. They receive the incoming fibres of the cochlear part of the vestibulocochlear nerve and are the major source of origin of the lateral lemniscus or central auditory pathway. | ramus ventralis nervi spinalis | <anatomy, nerve> The larger, anterolaterally-directed major terminal branch (with the dorsal primary ramus) of all 31 pairs of mixed spinal nerves, formed at the intervertebral foramen. Most ventral primary rami, especially those involved in the innervation of the limbs, participate in the formation of the major nerve plexuses (cervical, brachial, and lumbosacral) and lose their identities. Most in the thoracic region, however, remain separate from adjacent rami to become the intercostal and subcostal nerves. Ventral primary rami provide innervation to the anterolateral body wall and trunk.
