| 설명 | 드문 병으로 피부와 림프절을 침범하는 T림프구에 의한 일종의 악성종양이다. 대개 피부의 빨간 반점이 선행하게 되는데 점차 진행되며 말초혈액까지 침범하면 세자리증후군(Sezary's syndrome) 이라 부른다. 에이즈(AIDS) 환자에서 증가하는 경우가 많아 면역기능의 약화가 이 병에 관여하는 것으로 보인다. 치료는 화학요법을 시행한다. |
