| 설명 | 고혈압환자에서 혈압하강을 목적으로 사용하는 항고혈압제의 일종. 기전은 “칼슘통로차단제”로 작용하여 혈압을 낮춘다. 고혈압환자에서 사용하는 항고혈압제에는 여러 가지 종류가 있는데 그 대표적인 것으로 칼슘통로차단제와 베타수용체차단제가 있다. 이들은 모두 혈관의 수축작용을 억제하고 심장의 이완작용을 통해 혈압을 낮추게 되며, 이들에는 다양한 종류의 약품이 있으며, 각기 약에 따라 부작용이 다르다. |
