| 설명 | 고막에 발생하는 염증. 급성외이도염-급성중이염 때 반드시 수반되며, 처음부터 고막에서만 발생하는 경우도 있다. 급성고막염은 외상-귀의 습진-한랭-인플루엔자에서 유발되고, 만성인 것은 자극이 거듭되거나 지속되는 경우에 발생한다. 급성인 경우에는 고막이 충혈되고 물집이 생기기도 하며, 만성인 경우에는 귓속에 압박감 또는 통증이 있고 석회침착 등이 생긴다. 때때로 고막이 짓무르기도 하고, 육아조직이 생기거나 고름이 나오지만 청력은 그리 나빠지지 않는다. 치료는 자극을 제거하고 붕산수로 분비물을 닦고 항생제 및 스테로이드제를 사용한다. 급성은 쉽게 치료되지만 만성은 재발이 잦아 치료가 어렵다. |
