| 설명 | 1. 병인-병의 원인 2. 병인론-병의 원인을 광범위한 입장에서 연구하는 기초의학의 한부문. 그 내용은 생리, 병리, 세균, 위생 등 각 과에 관한 것은 물론 임상의학 전분야에 걸친 지식과 견해를 필요로 한다. 현재는 병변의 학문적 기초라고도 할 수 있는 병리학의 영역에 포함해서 논의되고 있다. 병의 원인은 개체 외부의 인자, 곧 외인에 의한 것과 체질이나 장기의 구조 등 개체 내부의 인자, 곧 내인에 의한 것이 있다. 외인으로는 우선 영양이 있는데, 4대 영양소 각각의 부족 또는 과잉으로 인해 특정한 병이 일어날 수 있다. 비타민 결핍 또는 비타민 과잉으로 인한 병도 있다. 물리적인 외인으로는 온도, 기압, 전기, 기계, 광선, 방사선 따위가 있다. 화학적 외인으로는 외부로부터의 독물과 체내에서 생기는 유독 화학물질이 있는데, 특히 의약물 등의 사용에 의해서 일어나는 병을 의사탓병(iatrogenic disease)이라고 한다. 병원생물체로는 바이러스, 리케차, 세균, 스피로케타, 진균, 사상균, 원충, 윤충 등이 있다. |
