| 설명 | 사람의 소화기관은 여러 가지 기관으로 구성되어 있는데, 이중 창자관계는 식도, 위, 작은창자와 큰창자로 구성되어 있다. 입으로 먹어서 잘게 분해된 음식은 식도를 거쳐, 위에서 단백질 등이 소화되고, 샘창자에서 이자에서 분비된 소화효소에 의해 소화, 일부 흡수된 후, 대부분의 영양분은 작은창자에서 흡수된다. 큰창자는 주로 물과 미량원소, 전해질의 흡수에 이용되며, 작은창자에서 내려온 분비물을 저장해 두었다가 큰창자를 거쳐 항문으로 대변을 배설하게 된다. 큰창자는 그 위치에 따라 3부분으로 구성되어지며, 막창자, 잘룩창자 그리고 곧창자이다. 잘룩창자은 다시 오름창자, 가로창자, 내림창자로 이루어져 있으며, 이것은 구불창자란 말은 S자 모양으로 굽어져 있다는 말이다)으로 이어져 곧창자장을 거쳐 항문으로 연결된다. |

| 설명 | 위와 큰창자 사이의 길이 5m내외의 소화기관으로서 샘창자, 빈창자, 돌창자의 세 부분으로 구성됨. 1)샘창자: 소장의 제일 첫부분으로서 길이 25cm의 C자형모양. 상부, 내림, 가로, 오름의 네부위로 구성되며, 상부 부위를 제외하고는 모두 뒤복벽에 고정되어 있으며 내부에는 돌림주름이라는 점막 주름이 존재함. 위에서 넘어온 소화된 음식이 담즙, 이자액에서 분비되는 소화효소액)과 섞이는 장소이며 철이 흡수되는 장소임. 2)빈창자:작은창자의 두번째 부분으로서 근위부 2/5를 차지함. 공장은 회장에 비해 직경이 크고 장벽이 두꺼우며 혈관이 풍부하고 장간막이 투명하고 직행혈관이 긴 것이 특징임. 3)돌창자:작은창자의 마지막 부분으로서 원위부 3/5을 차지함. 특히 돌창자, 큰창자 이행부 부위에는 파이어판이라는 림프절이 존재하며, 이곳은 각종 질병의 중요한 발생 부위가 됨. 담즙염 및 비타민 B12가 흡수되는 장소임. |

| 설명 | 소화관 중에서 위로부터 계속되는 가늘고 긴 관. 작은창자와 큰창자로 대별된다. 포유류에서는 작은창자는 다시 샘창자-빈창자-돌창자로 구별되고 큰 창자는 막창자-잘룩창자-곧창자-항문관으로 나뉜다. 사람의 작은창자는 길이가 6~7m이며, 위 속에서 암죽같이 된 음식물이 간에서 분비되는 쓸개즙, 이자에서 나오는 이자액, 창자벽에서 나오는 창자액 등의 소화액에 의해 소화시켜 흡수한다 작은창자 중 샘창자는 창자사이막이 없고, 복강 후벽에 유착되어 있으며, 전면만 복막에 덮여 있다. 빈창자와 돌창자는 창자사이막이 있다. 그 때문에 빈창자와 돌창자는 이동성이 매우 풍부하다. 작은창자의 내면은 전체에 걸쳐 융모라고 하는 비로드 모양의 점막소돌기가 나있다. 이 때문에 작은창자 내면의 흡수 면적은 넓어 그 총면적은 43m2에 달한다. 쓸개즙-이자액은 각각 온쓸개관과 이자관에 의하여 샘창자로 주입된다. 창자액은 샘창자샘과 창자샘에 의해 분비된다. 큰창자는 전체적으로 굵고 길이는 약 1.5m이다. 주로 수분을 흡수하며, 식물섬유 등 음식물의 일부가 소화된다. 돌창자에서 막창자로 이행하는 부분에 있는 돌막창자판막은 큰창자의 내용물이 작은창자로 역류하는 것을 막는 일을 한다. 잘룩창자는 오름-가로-내림창자의 3부분이 배안을 마치 액자처럼 둘러싸는 위치에 있으며, 오름과 내림창자는 복강후벽에 유착하고, 전면만이 복막으로 덮여 있다. 가로창자는 구불창자가 되어 소골반강으로 들어가 곧창자로 이어진다. 곧창자는 항문관을 거쳐 항문에 열리고 있다. 큰창자의 내면에는 작은창자와 같은 융모는 없다. 점막에는 점액을 분비하는 체세포가 많아 이것은 큰창자에서 점차 고형화하는 변괴을 원활하게 수송하는데 도움이 된다. 창자의 활동은 미주신경과 교감신경으로 된 자율신경에 의해 조절된다. |

| 설명 | 뇌막을 이루는 막의 하나. 뇌막이란 뇌를 싸고 있는 막으로 크게 3개의 막으로 이루어져 있다. 가장바깥에 있는 막을 경질막(dura mater)이라고 한다. 그 다음의 막이 거미막이다. 그리고 뇌에 강하게 밀착되어 있는 가장 안쪽의 막이 연막(pia mater)이다. 거미막은 연막과 거미줄같은 구조물로 아주 느슨하게 부착되어 있다. 그래서 거미막 밑에는 공간이 있다. 이 공간을 거미막밑공강이라고 하고 이 공간은 맑은 액체로 차 있다. 이 액체를 뇌척수액(cerebrospinal fluid)이라고 한다.  |

| 설명 | 상피세포, 근육세포, 신경조직과 그것들의 바깥쪽 결합조직의 경계에 있는 점액다당질과 단백질로 구성된 얇은 막. 기초막 또는 경계막이라고도 한다. 두께는 50~80nm이다. 기저막은 20~30nm 간격으로 늘어선 족세포로 된 상피세포의 3층으로 되어 있고, 분자량 40,000~60,000의 물질을 투과할 수 있게 한다. 또한 표피와 진피의 경계로 영양을 공급하는 기지 역할을 한다. 주로 섬유를 포함하여 다당류로 되어 있는데, 현저하게 발달되어 있는 부분과 그렇지 않은 부분이 있다. 비점막에서는 점막상피의 밑에 발달한 기저막이 있다. 이 막 위에 청각수용세포인 털세포를 갖는 코르티기관이 존재한다. 기저막은 전제가 음전기 성질을 가지고 있어 양전기를 가진 물질이 투과하기 쉽다. 기저막이 팽화하거나 밀도가 낮아지면 단백질이 통과하여 단백뇨를 일으키고, 기저막에 균열-파괴 등이 일어나면 적혈구 등의 혈액 고형성분이 투과하여 혈뇨가 된다. |
