| 설명 | 기관지는 일반 단순 X-선 촬영으로 나타나지 않는다. 그러므로 기관지의 병적 변화를 단순 X-선 촬영으로 알 수가 없다. 기관지에 X-선 촬영시에 희게 나오는 물질(조영제)을 투여하고 촬영하면, 기관지를 이 물질이 채우고 이것은 X-선에서 희게 나와서 표시가 나므로 기관지의 모양을 알 수가 있게 된다. 기관지의 변화나 기관지에 생긴 병변의 진단을 위해서 이렇게 촬영하는 것을 기관지 조영술이라고 하고 이렇게 하여 얻은 영상을 기관지 조영상이라고 한다. |
