| 설명 | 요도나 방광의 병변이나 변화를 알기위해 만든 요도, 방광의 방사선 영상. 요도나 방광은 단순 X-선 촬영으로 보이지 않아서 방사선 촬영시에 희게 나오는 약물(조영제라고 한다)로 방광이나 요도를 채우고 X-선 촬영을 한다. 방광을 조영제로 채우는 것은 간단하지만 요도를 채우는 것은 쉽지가 않아서 대개 요도방광조영은 방광에 조영제를 채우고 소변을 보면서 X-선 촬영을 하게 된다. 이렇게 해서 나온 방사선 영상을 배뇨성 요도방광조영상(voiding cystourethrogram)이라 한다. |
