| 설명 | 태생초기에 태아의 뼈는 연골조직으로 이루어져 있다. 이 연골조직은 뼈조직과 닮은 면도 있으나, 칼슘성분의 부족으로 더욱 잘 휘는 반면에 치밀함은 덜하다. 태아가 점차 성장함에 따라 이런 연골조직에 칼슘성분이 점차 침착하게 되고, 골세포가 자라서 서서히 뼈로 변해가게 된다. 이런 과정을 “뼈되기”라고 한다. 이러한 골화과정은 태아기때 뿐만 아니라, 출생 후에도 계속적으로 이루어져 길이와 부피의 성장이 이루어지며, 성인에서도 뼈가 다친 경우에 이런 뼈되기과정을 거쳐 정상적인 뼈로 거듭난다. |

| ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament | Ossification or calcification of the posterior longitudinal ligament of the spinal column. It is very common in the japanese but relatively less common in caucasians. It is frequently, but not exclusively, located at the level of the cervical spine. | glomerulonephritis, membranous | A disease of the glomerulus manifested clinically by proteinuria, and sometimes by other features of the nephrotic syndrome.
