| 설명 | 항생 물질이나 화학요법제가 효력을 미치는 병원미생물의 범위와 그 작용 강도를 계열화한 스펙트럼이다. 예를 들면 페니실린 G는 그람양성알균-그람음성알균, 결핵균에는 효과가 없다. 스트렙토마이신은 그람양성-그람음성균-결핵균에도 유효하다. 항균스펙트럼이 넓은 것이 각종 병에 유효하게 작용하며, 광역항생물질이라고 한다. |
