| 설명 | 1. 주로 생후 1년 동안에 일어나는 단백열량 영양장애. 성장장애, 성장지연, 피하지방 및 근육의 항진성 소모가 특징이나 식욕 및 정신반응성은 보존되어 있다. 감염증이 유발인자가 되는 수가 있다. 소모증은 현재 Kwashiorkor과 관련된 것으로 생각되고 있다. 2. 극도의 영양 부족으로 몸이 허약하여지고 전염병에 대한 저항력이 약해지는 증상. 체조직의 파괴가 일어나고, 식사량을 늘려도 체중은 증가하지 안혹 오히려 더 감소되며 몹시 마른다. |
